This delightful children's book is a cautionary tale about procrastination and its effects on friendship.  Parker Pettifogger is a T-rex with a procrastination problem.  Whether it's doing chores or making plans, Parker's motto is "Maybe Later."  This pattern of putting things off results in misadventures galore for Parker and his best friend Padgett Punkybumpus.
